These Terms of Service govern your use of the Za Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (“Za Company”) careers portal and your submission of job applications through it.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Za Company careers portal and submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the relevant jurisdiction to apply for a position through this portal.
03 Accuracy of Information
You confirm that the information you provide — including personal details, professional history, and uploaded documents — is true, accurate, and your own. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification from consideration.
04 Phone Verification
Submitting an application requires verifying your primary phone number with a one-time passcode. You are responsible for providing a number you control and can receive messages on.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the portal, including by submitting malicious files, attempting to gain unauthorized access, automating submissions, or interfering with the service or other applicants.
06 Intellectual Property
The portal, its design, logos, and content are owned by Za Company. You retain ownership of the materials you submit, and you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of evaluating your application.
07 No Employment Guarantee
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or any obligation on Za Company to interview, hire, or respond. All hiring decisions are made at our sole discretion.
08 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Za Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
