Privacy Policy

When you apply through our careers portal, we collect the information you provide in the application form: your full name, age, gender, township/city, email address, phone numbers, education, work experience, skills, career goals, expected start date, employment status, expected salary, and any portfolio or profile links.

We also collect the files you upload — your profile photo and any certificates or resume documents — and a record of your phone verification.

We use your information solely to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the recruitment process, and maintain our applicant records. We do not sell your personal information.

To confirm that you can be reached, we verify your primary phone number with a one-time passcode (OTP). The code is generated and checked on our servers and is never used for marketing.

Your application is accessible only to authorized Za Company hiring staff. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for a reasonable period afterward in line with our recruitment records policy. You may request earlier deletion (see "Your Rights").

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted, subject to applicable law. To exercise these rights, contact us at hr@za.com.mm.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the careers portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
